What We Collect

Debase generates an anonymous user ID stored locally on your device. No name, email, phone number, or personally identifiable information is collected or required.

Analytics

We collect anonymous usage events (app opens, feature usage, share actions) to improve the app. These events are tied to your anonymous ID, not your identity. We use Supabase to store this data.

Referral Links

When you share content from Debase, a referral link may be generated. We track clicks and installs attributed to that link to measure sharing effectiveness. No personal data about the people who click your link is collected.

Local Storage

Your quiz progress, streak data, preferences, and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data.

Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. We do not display ads. We do not use third-party analytics SDKs beyond our own Supabase backend.

Data Deletion

You can clear all local data from the app's menu at any time. To request deletion of your anonymous analytics data, contact support@getdebase.app.
